new club

worked out for the first time tonight at the new club. went in late so no one would be there. was so nervous. unfortunately, the gym is not the most inviting place. feels like i am being judge. i’ll get over it.

need to start something. realized i had spent too much time sitting around saying something had to change and not changing anything. i’m in complete control of my life now and could spend it on the couch. sometimes i have to stop the horizontal and go vertical.

we’ll see if i keep this up. if i can update.
